During this tour you will enjoy tasting of of the most authentique specialties of this region – Gjomleze, a soft pie composed of thin pastry layers with crispy tasty top crust. This traditional specialty today is prepared by the same recipe and manner as it was prepared 100 years ago, in a traditional dish called sach. This sort of exquisite specialty must be served in a proper surrounding, so you will enjoy the delicious gjomleze during a Prespa lake picnic, in the middle of the lake on the island Golem grad ( Big city) known as well as the island of snakes. Here you will witness the archeological excavations of the Hellenic house of the 2 century B.C and the early Christian basilicas as well as the largest flock of cormorants and pelicans in Macedonia.
